Hello Mark, You were right it was a long level but considering variations in peoples desires and needs of involvement in clubhouse dynamics and beliefs coupled with a complex organizational structure to support neotech launch and long term growth it is quite understandable. I really like the crawl – walk – run approach to operations along with the 4 membership tracks providing a path for everyone. Lastly, the discussion about the difference and value of smart vs genius really hit home.
