Level 12

Mark I had a terrible week end i was getting on so well then water came pouring in the ceiling it was a nightmare I am thinking about putting fibre glass resin and woven matt on the ceiling in case it happens again its been 12 years since it happened last time, had to bail out small bath every 2 hours will get back to you soon.
