Level 01

I had put some questions and comments in the previous place(same site as the meeting) to continue- I am not sure of my Friday night essence. I think it might be problem solving or at least trying to. I have had some ideas on how best to repair a city after it occured to me that in this realm/dispensation that we live in, the question is not if, but rather when major regional damage will occur? It seemed that recycling could play a large role in the clearing/rebuilding process and even helpful to some extent in the rescue/evacuation phase of disaster, by opening up key arteries in and out of an area, even if helicopter is the only real access (to begin with). By setting up recycling stations (pot. gov bought land paid back @reasonable int, sites can be set up to break down refuse & debris at locales near yet not too near the damaged region. These sites could provide the location & warehousing of goods & services as well, by being near enough to access, yet being far enough away to still be supported with the infrastructure to & from elsewhere. There could be the skeleton of a framework to rebuild from first/early response to completely restored circulation & production. – Is this an example of value creation? I am not entirely sure about the integration as yet, but I look forward to reading some areas with more conscious thought.
