About Mini-day Schedule
I am doing the mini-day schedule principle and that I find myself doing two meetings a day, and sometimes I find myself or even majority waking up pretty late. As an waking up and going back to sleep after my day light alarm sounds with a bright light, feeling as if I’m not excited about getting up at all just to “play” as I should. Just as you have stated to “PLAY” as adults, playing as we once younger as kids.
So I really feel as if I’m struggling just to get out of bed, and I don’t get to my morning routine on my min-day schedule, do you have any integrations to pursue to ameliorate it?
