Very frustrated
1) Have tried to subscribe to website – never got the sign on e-mail
2) just trying to view Level 2 program and it is not working…intro has gaps/pauses/and is heard as an overspeak on Mark’s message.
3) Had no success 2 weeks ago with web telecast, but joined by phone 1/2 way through Heritage item.
4) Wher do I turn for help on the above issues? Please advise.
